The Starlight Learning Centre's staff and owner are committed in creating and maintaining a cooperative, collaborate partnership with our families and community. We strive to meet all your child's developmental needs.
Our Philosophy
Our centre responds to today’s growing need of working parents for the kind of excellent child care facility that fosters peace of mind. Quality care means individual attention and sensitivity to each child’s needs combined with a great deal of love and affection, appropriate toys and equipment, a superior caring staff, and a structure wherein each child can positively grow and develop physically, socially, and emotionally. We are blessed with the opportunity to touch and impact the lives of all children in our programs. This is a huge responsibility and one that we will never take lightly!
Our History
Starlight Learning Centre was opened on October 1, 2007 in Aldergrove, B.C. The facility was created for the growing need of families in the Aldergrove Community. The owner, Paula Wangler, has been in the Early Childhood Education field since 1986 and wanted to open a facility that was flexible to families needs for child care that promoted learning for all ages. Starlight formally operated from Aldergrove United Church on 272nd Street, but currently operates in a new facility on 273rd and Fraser Highway.
